At Chassé Academy, children can start as young as 3 years old in our beginner classes. It is best to start at a young age (3-6 years), where gymnastics will develop their soft and hard skills that will benefit them throughout their lives.

It is not too young! Our classes are designed to develop basic motor skills and coordination in a fun, supportive environment. Depending on each child, we may recommend a 60 minute class instead of 90 minutes.

Our classes are divided into structured sessions focusing on flexibility, strength, coordination, fundamental gymnastics skills, and apparatus handling. Each session is progressive, ensuring skill development in a safe manner. For more details, please reach out to us.

We charge on a monthly basis for added flexibility. However, our curriculum is designed around a 3-month term and we highly recommend committing to the full term for optimal results.

Our goal is to support all gymnasts interested in pursuing the competitive pathway. However, we currently do not have the facilities for competition-level training.

No, we do not offer make-up classes.

We send progress reports and prepare a mini performance at the end of each term. You can also speak directly with coaches after class for any concerns.

Parents are not allowed to watch classes. This is to minimise distractions and help gymnasts stay fully focused during lessons. We want to provide a productive learning environment where children can stay engaged and confident while training.

A uniform top will be provided upon registration. Gymnasts may wear stretchy black shorts or leggings to pair with it. We do not recommend loose clothing. Long hair should be tied up into a neat bun and short hair should be neatly groomed.
